Dr. Feldman serves as Medical Director of the Stramski Center, as well as the lead physician in the Sleep Disorder, Behavioral Disorder and International Adoption Programs. Dr. Feldman received his bachelor of medicine and surgery degree from the University of Cape Town School of Medicine in South Africa, completed his residencies in pediatrics at Red Cross Children’s Hospital in South Africa and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Ohio, and his fellowship at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.

He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. He was named 2010 Physician of the Year by Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach and a Southern California Super Doctor since 2014.  Dr. Feldman is also a respected and sought-after speaker on a variety of topics including behavioral and neurodevelopment disorders, pediatric sleep disorders and international adoption.
