A Steel Magnolias Groovy Afternoon!

The “Let the Sunshine In” event was hosted by Steel Magnolias on August 27th with a sold-out crowd of 300 people. It was a groovy ‘60s themed party, and raised $115,000 for children with developmental disorders. The Stramski Children’s Developmental Center was the main recipient for the charitable donations given at this event.
The event was hosted at The Grand on a Sunday evening with hors d’oeuvres, and a dance floor to dance the afternoon away. The auction featured many exciting events and experiences including, Hamilton tickets at a prime location in the theatre were auctioned off by Randy Gordon. Another very popular experience that was auctioned off was a weekend use of an Aston Martin.
